1. About Veneza Digital
Veneza Solucoes Digitais LTDA (“Veneza Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Brazilian company that develops and sells original digital learning resources and browser-based applications directly to consumers.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase or subscribe. If you use a product on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
3. Products and product information
We may offer downloadable guides, digital workbooks, multimedia resources, online tools, and browser-based software. Each product page identifies the product’s main features, format, access period, price, currency, billing model, and delivery method.
We aim to keep descriptions accurate. Minor visual, editorial, or technical changes may occur when they do not materially reduce the purchased product’s core function.
4. Orders, prices, and payment
- Prices and currencies are displayed before you authorize payment.
- A purchase may be a one-time payment, a time-limited license, or a recurring subscription. The applicable model is disclosed at checkout.
- Any applicable taxes or additional charges are disclosed as required before the transaction is completed.
- Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment card numbers or security codes.
- We may decline or cancel an order when payment is not authorized, information is materially inaccurate, or the transaction presents a reasonable fraud or security concern.
Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order or access confirmation.
5. Digital delivery and access
Products are delivered electronically by email, download, member area, or individual account access. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery times and troubleshooting steps are explained in our Digital Delivery Policy.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, maintaining compatible internet access and devices, and protecting your login credentials.
6. License and permitted use
Unless a product page states otherwise, purchases grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the product for lawful personal purposes during the stated access period.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, share login credentials, remove ownership notices, reverse engineer software, bypass security controls, use automated extraction tools, or make the product available to third parties without written permission.
7. Accounts and security
Where an account is required, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may temporarily restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the customer, our systems, or other users.
8. Subscriptions and renewals
When a product is sold as a subscription, the checkout will disclose the amount, billing frequency, renewal timing, trial or promotional terms, and how to cancel before you subscribe. By confirming a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
You may cancel without a cancellation fee using the method described in our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge already processed.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility, request procedures, and processing timelines are described in our Refund Policy. A longer refund period displayed on a product page or at checkout will prevail for that purchase.
10. Intellectual property
The website, software, product content, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Veneza Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of those rights.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use our products or systems to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with service operation, gain unauthorized access, test stolen payment credentials, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
12. Availability and updates
We may perform maintenance, correct errors, and release updates. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we will take reasonable steps to restore access and communicate material service interruptions. If we permanently discontinue a paid service before the end of an applicable prepaid period, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by law.

Our educational materials and productivity tools provide information and organizational support. They do not replace qualified professional advice, and no particular personal, professional, health, or financial outcome is guaranteed. See our Disclaimer.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veneza Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from misuse of a product, reliance on general educational information, incompatible equipment, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, unlawful conduct, security threats, payment reversal, or repeated infringement of intellectual property rights. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Courts located in São Paulo, SP, Brazil will have jurisdiction where legally permitted. If you are a consumer, this clause does not remove mandatory rights or access to a court or authority available under the laws of your place of residence.

We may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. The current version and effective date will remain posted here. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated when required.
